MoN, chica bipolar (MoN, bipolar girl)

(English version below)
Some years ago, i made myself a stupid promise: i wouldn't let small things make me cry. Now, with some more years of experiences i wish i could take it back, but it seems i have forgotten how to cry, especially over small things. I've learned a few things about the benefits of crying. It is the most effective way of getting rid of some sadness toxines, also crying sadness out is more healthy than keeping it in, as well as all other negative and destructive emotions. I need to learn how to cry again... but really cry, letting it all out. If anybody knows something about Alba Emoting please teach me, i think that might work. Many people have said life is a roller coaster, for me that means there are ups and downs... Well, yesterday i was kinda up, today i'm kinda down. The good thing is i walked around my neighbourhood today, and felt as if i had waken from a dream. I know it sounds pretty cheesse but trees looked greener, i found a little square i didn't even know was there (and i don't know if i'll be able to find it again), sounds seemed a lot clearer. I wonder if that what Gestalt theorists mean by "HERE and NOW", but that's how i felt. U told me something thinking maybe that would make me happy. It didn't, quite the contrary actually. But i believe now that is was the best thing that could've happened to us, or at least to me. Listening to some very good Jazz i have no idea why i want u all to read this, what i do know tho, is that i don't want any comments. Not this time. Now i wish i could do as in Oliverio Girondo's poem "18". (Now i've read my post i think i'm not only bipolar, but also disgregated, crap! hahaha)
